Claude Code Tip You Shouldn't Ignore
Most beginners use Claude Code like it's just another AI chat inside the terminal. But that's only scratching the surface. One of the biggest productivity boosts comes from Hooks small automations that run automatically when certain events happen. Imagine Claude Code: ✅ Automatically formatting your code after every edit. ✅ Preventing risky commands before they execute. ✅ Restoring your project instructions so it never forgets your coding standards during long sessions. Instead of constantly reminding Claude what to do, let your workflow do the remembering for you. The more you automate repetitive tasks, the more time you spend building instead of babysitting your AI. Work smarter. Automate the workflow. Let Claude Code handle the rest.

@The Happiness Blueprint Exactly. Claude Code becomes far more valuable when you stop treating it as a chatbot and start treating it as part of your development workflow. The real productivity gains come from building systems around it, not just having conversations with it.

Facebook Automations
I am looking to connect with someone who has extensive experience building automation systems for Facebook. Since Facebook has strict anti-bot measures, I am specifically interested in speaking with someone who understands how to develop reliable automations while working within those limitations. I am looking for a joint venture (JV) opportunity rather than hiring for a one-time project. If you are open to partnering on a JV and have proven experience with Facebook automation, I would love to hear from you. Please get in touch only if a joint venture is something you would genuinely be interested in exploring.

@Mark Silvan I'm definitely interested in exploring a JV. I have hands-on experience building Facebook automation systems and would love to learn more about your vision. Let's connect.
Most people are using Claude Code completely wrong…
They treat it like just another chatbot in their terminal. That’s the mistake. Claude Code isn’t just “chat” — it’s a system that can literally run itself if you set it up right. Here’s what almost nobody is talking about 👇 Claude Code comes with powerful event hooks (18+ of them)… and these hooks can automate your entire workflow in the background. Meaning… you stop babysitting the AI. You start controlling it. For example: Auto-Format Hook Every time Claude touches your code → it auto-formats with Prettier/Black. Clean code. No messy diffs. No extra effort. 🛑 Safety Gate Hook Prevents dangerous commands before they even run. No accidental deletions. No “rm -rf” disasters. 🧠 Anti-Forgetfulness Hook Long session? AI starts drifting? This hook re-injects your rules automatically so Claude stays aligned with your project. Now read this carefully: If you’re not using hooks… You’re basically using a Ferrari in first gear. Stop chatting with Claude Code. Start engineering how it behaves. Set it up once → let it handle the rest. That’s when things get powerful

@Umair Rehman That's a great way to put it. The real value comes from building workflows, not just writing better prompts.

@Chetan Mishra Spot on! That's the mindset shift most people miss.
One thing most people don't know about Claude Code
Most people use Claude Code like a smarter version of ChatGPT. They ask it to write a function, fix a bug, or explain an error. What they don't realize is that Claude Code is designed to work with your entire project, not just a single prompt. Think of it as an engineering partner instead of a coding assistant. The "Codebase Understanding" approach: Instead of pasting files into the chat, let Claude explore your project first. It builds context before making changes, which leads to cleaner and more accurate solutions. The "Plan Before Code" approach: Ask Claude Code to inspect the problem and create an implementation plan before writing code. You'll get fewer unnecessary edits and a much more maintainable result. The "Review After Changes" approach: Once a feature is complete, have Claude Code review its own work for bugs, edge cases, performance issues, and security risks before you commit. Stop treating Claude Code like a code generator. Start using it like a senior engineer that understands your entire project.

@Chetan Mishra You are right Context is the real multiplier. Once you treat Claude like a senior engineer instead of a code generator, the quality of the output and the number of iterations you need improves dramatically.

@Chetan Mishra Absolutely! Once Claude has the full picture, the quality of its suggestions improves .
Hiring: AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist (Temecula, CA)
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m looking for one or two talented AI developers / automation specialists who are local to the Temecula / Murrieta area to help build AI systems for a growing AI education and implementation company. We’re building practical AI solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals, with a focus on Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, custom workflows, and business operating systems. I’m looking for someone who: - Has experience with AI automation and agent workflows - Enjoys building practical business solutions, not just demos - Is comfortable with tools like Claude Code, Codex, MCPs, APIs, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms - Has some coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) - Likes solving interesting problems and learning quickly - Can occasionally meet in person around Temecula for planning sessions or workshops This could start as contract or project-based work with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as we expand. If this sounds like you, or you know someone local who would be a great fit, send me a DM with: - Your background - Projects you’ve built (GitHub, portfolio, Loom, etc.) - The AI tools and frameworks you’re most comfortable with - Your availability I’m much more interested in builders who love shipping useful products than in impressive resumes. Looking forward to connecting!

@Amanda Benson This is exactly the type of work I specialize in. I build practical AI systems with Claude Code, AI agents, MCPs, APIs, n8n, Make, Python, and JavaScript to automate real business operations and eliminate repetitive manual work. I've built AI powered workflows for client onboarding, internal knowledge systems, document processing, CRM automation, and business operations, so your vision really resonates with me. I'd love to learn more about what you're building and see how I can contribute. Here is my portfolio { https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOionZnUANe} Looking forward to connecting!
