I need some guidance please I have a lot of work to do on myself and I don't know where to start I have moments where I feel on top of the world strong, focused then I just blow up and then cry and I cry all the time I can't seem to get a hold of my emotions. I have my dream home & job but I just feel lost. I have given up smoking of all kinds no appetite for foods. My daughter is special needs and I am her caregiver but that also means I am at home 24/7 we don't get out much maybe 2 times a month if that at all I have really no human contact and I feel like I'm floundering everyday just to keep myself from going insane. I'm not fake but very lost I have a counselor, but he doesn't deal with shadow or inner child work and I really need some help as to what I am supposed to do. I know I was once happy but I am struggling to get back to me I have so much light but it has been squashed by so many toxic people I have no idea who I am at all.

Hi tribe I did the activation meditation and at first my mind and body were resisting sitting still, which is something I really don't do is sit still then I noticed I started to relax and listen, then I felt a tingling sensation in my feet go all the way up to my crown. I felt amazing happy & lighter. I am so grateful for this community for the first time in my life I feel like I belong. Thank you all

Be honest… if your past self met your current self, what’s the first thing they’d be shocked, confused, or even judgy about? share your answer in the comments below and reflect on how much you have changed for me if my 2017 self (the version of me BEFORE I went full time on YT) saw who I was now, they would be proud and inspired forsure. At the same time they may be surprised to see me doing hotseat coaching on stage and the dynamic coaching I do. In the past I always assumed I would just be speaking on stage without as much interaction. They wouldn't be surprised that I don't smoke, drink, etc he would DEF be surprised that up until this point I have ran plant medicine retreats for the last 5 years... he would judge my longer hair forsure and some of my tattoos not knowing where that inspiration came from! and he would be surprised to see I no longer force Youtube videos and just focus on doing what I love (running live events) all in all it would be an interesting meeting! what about you?
