@Divination Academy If your goal is landing one full-time remote role, I’d say start by getting very clear on one specific position you’re targeting, not just anything remote. The more specific you are, the easier it is to position yourself strongly. From there, tailor your resume directly to that role by aligning it with the job description, relevant keywords, and measurable results. It’s also important to optimize your LinkedIn profile since recruiters actively search for remote candidates there. And instead of applying everywhere, focus on strategic, targeted applications. Remote roles are competitive, but with the right positioning, you can absolutely stand out. If you’d like, you can send your resume over and I’ll give you feedback on how ready it is for remote opportunities. Happy to help you start strong.

@James Palmer The first step is choosing one specific role to focus on instead of applying broadly. Then make sure your resume is tailored exactly to that role with the right keywords and clear results, not just responsibilities. Once that foundation is strong, your response rate usually improves. If you’re open to it, you can share your resume with me and I’ll point out what might be blocking you. Sometimes a few strategic adjustments make a huge difference.

Welcome to the Remote Job Accelerator😎 We are pumped to have everyone here in one place to either land your dream job, revamp your resume, get a raise, or stack multiple corporate jobs. As a brand new member of the RIL, I want to go over a bit of housekeeping real quick… Rule #1: Before asking ANY questions in the group make sure to use the search bar at the top of Skool for posts, comments, or classroom videos. Rule #2: Have fun and be respectful to our team and ALL members! This is an obvious one to point out but I want to make it super clear that this is a place where everyone is supported no matter where you are in your career. Now I need everyone to introduce yourself down below on this post in the comments section. Tell everyone where you are from, your current career situation, and what your goal is for being in the DJM! 👇GO COMMENT NOW 👇
