Something that came up in my private cohort this week was: How do you give everything to a vision without becoming attached to the outcome? A lot of high performers think surrender means caring less and killing ambition. It doesn’t. You can be deeply devoted to what you’re building, execute at a high level, and want extraordinary results without making those results responsible for your internal state. In fact, most of the time the moment you become obsessed with the scoreboard, you perform worse. Your energy moves from creation → control. This doesn’t mean you need to kill your ambition, quite the contrary actually. To get to the next level you need to make your ambition intentional on the EXPERIENCE rather than the RESULT. This expands your capacity to hold bigger goals, more uncertainty, and greater success without losing your center in the process specially when undesired circumstances come forth, because they will. When your focus is to experience, everything is a win & that level of detachment propels you forward more than anything else Where are you noticing this most right now?
