Hey All, I'm Debi Richens, Trauma and Reclamation Coach, trainer, mentor, and charity trustee. I predominantly coach women who have been living with alienation and estrangement from their children from a young age, right up to adulthood. This is usually due to a marriage/relationship breakdown, where one parent spends time gatekeeping the relationship between the other parent and their children. It occurs in various ways and is profoundly destructive to the balance of family relationships. It took me to train in grief to understand how deeply the experience had impacted me in life, and I made it my mission to find ways to create a healthier life for myself and others going forward. I use AI mainly to support my writing. I often brain dump and then ask it to make sense of my writing. I tweak and change as I see fit, as I want my writing to be in my voice and not that of AI. I use it for many other tasks, but I do find it can lead you down a dark alley whilst it is being helpful! 😂 Looking forward to getting to know you all.
