Dr. Cody said share... Day 7 down 1.5 for a total of 5.4. I run a Cafe and Motel Fixing cream puff dessert and pasta salad yesterday, for the few seconds I wanted a spoon full...I said, nope not gonna do it. After 11 1/2 hours on my feet, I fixed myself a filet, broccoli and berries, all measured on that sweet scale. I wrote on daily recap, no cheating. Dr. Cody pointed out, that was loving myself, eating to be healthy. Not a concept I formally connected.
