Just want to give everyone a heads up on the new law New York has put into place. If you use AI to generate a photo of a person, then it has to be labeled as such. As sellers on Amazon, Etsy, etc. we can not say I will not sell to New York. I wish it was that easy. It will be interesting how this plays out if adopted across the USA and how amazon/etsy will respond. The other law concerns the videos with AI people, every few minutes, it has to alert the viewer. Also, chatbots----- you have to tell the person it is talking too every few minutes that they are not talking to a human,...........
