Hello everyone! Just reporting that I am on day 5 and in the last 2 days I’ve released 7.1lbs. A little back history on my weight loss journey…I was on the Glp-1 shots for about 11 months. I released 15 pounds, slow progress according to most. My practioner changed my medication and upped my dose. I started having very uncomfortable digestive issues and I decided to stop the medication and within a week I gained 5lbs back. The shots were not good for me. I’m looking forward to this journey with Dr. Cody and so far I think he’s in to something!!!
