Visual Identity Gap
A client came to me last year. Three years in business. Making good money. Fully booked. . . Invisible online. . . She'd tried everything. Better captions. A content calendar. Hired a social media manager. Posted five days a week for two months straight. Nothing moved. When she took the Visibility Assessment, she expected a 70 out of 100. She scored a 30. The gap was that big. And she hadn't seen it. We built her visual library in a week. The day she posted the first image from it, she got three inbound DMs. Three. From people who'd been watching her for months but hadn't reached out.....because something about her profile had felt off. She didn't change her offer. She didn't change her price. She changed what people saw. That's what closing the identity gap looks like. And it happened in a week. If a stronger looked at your visuals across your platforms, would they see you and your expertise. Your business and your essence? PS This is my zoom waiting room video. You have real estate everywhere.

I'll definitely take a look at my gaps to see what I need to be doing more of or improving.
NEW CHALLENGE is coming.
The votes are in. We're doing it. 🎉 The Content Machine Challenge starts Monday May 25th. 5 days. 5 scroll-stopping images. One brand. Zero Canva templates. By the end of this week you'll know how to open ChatGPT, type a prompt, and walk away with a branded, ready-to-post visual — in under 30 minutes. No template hunting. No starting from scratch. No staring at a blank screen. What to expect each day>>> Day 1 — Your Brand in a Prompt You'll learn how to translate your brand identity into language ChatGPT actually understands. This is the foundation everything else builds on. Day 2 — LinkedIn Visual, Done A platform-specific prompt formula for LinkedIn. Professional, on-brand, scroll-stopping — without looking like stock photography. Day 3 — Instagram or Facebook Visual, Done Same brand, different energy. You'll prompt for Instagram using the same foundation — and see how small shifts in language change everything. Day 4 — The Batch Session This is where it clicks. You'll create multiple visuals in one sitting using a repeatable system you can run every week going forward. Day 5 — Your Content Week, Mapped You leave with a visual content plan AND the images to back it up. No gaps. No scrambling. Just ready-to-post. Before we start — do this first If you already have your brand foundation documented inside the Lab — you're ready. Pull it out and have it nearby. If you're newer here or joining fresh for the challenge, do this quick exercise before Day 1 so you're not building on a blank slate: Your 5-Minute Brand Snapshot 1. What are your 3 brand colors? (hex codes if you have them, descriptions if you don't — "deep navy, warm cream, burnt orange" works fine) 2. What font or visual style do you gravitate toward? (clean and minimal, bold and editorial, warm and organic, etc.) 3. Pick 3 words that describe your brand's vibe or tone. 4. Who are you talking to in your content? One sentence max. 5. What's your primary platform — LinkedIn, Instagram, or both?

This will be exciting. I posted an updated profile picture from one of the prompts and have gotten a lot of comments about it. It made me look pretty! Showed it to my hairdresser for my last cut. Now I can style it the way it was done in the image. 😅

We are not just doing hyper realistic images of ourselves or clients, but images that explain and teach. Use this prompt, tweak and post below. Using everything you know about me, create an infographic about my work in AI and digital design that would be great as a visual aid for my CV. Here's a picture of me that you can use as a headshot, but update it with a professional team that specializes in creating scroll-stopping headshots. To learn more about me, please ask me up to five questions, one at a time. For each question you ask, please provide 5 descriptive examples to help me answer and understand it.” It really asked some great questions! When it got to the style question I I chose watercolor and asked it to keep the space open and no crowding of text.

I tried to get back some pieces that disappeared here for what I'm available for. This was after uploading another infographic I made in Google notebook.

I haven't played around too much with images because I need to take some pictures to play with. I'm thinking it could be a fun way to find a great hairstyle!
Unapologetically YOU isn’t a branding choice......
It is a business decision. Most of us were taught to soften. Be agreeable. Don’t say the thing that might make someone uncomfortable. So we blur our edges. We round the message. We aim for “relatable.” And then we wonder why our content gets polite nods…but no traction. Here’s the shift that changes everything: + People don’t rally around clarity. + They rally around conviction. The brands that grow don’t just say what they’re for. They’re brutally clear about what they’re done with. For me, that’s: – Vision boards with no follow-through – Visualization without action – AI images with no identity shift – Manifestation that ignores the nervous system and strategy I’m against fantasy futures. I build future selves that move. Your “enemy” doesn’t have to be a person. it is the outdated belief, method, or approach you refuse to keep carrying. If you haven’t named that yet, your audience has nothing to stand behind. 🎯 Reflection for you: What are you no longer available for in your business? What way of thinking are you here to disrupt? Drop it below. This is where real positioning begins. PS A new challenge is coming soon......Stay tunned!

I'm here to bring back the free spirit who loves fun, sarcasm, and a martini or two. I'm in the process of rescuing my brain from classroom PTSD. 27+ years of habits are no longer serving me.

As a former teacher, I understand the pains of trying to do it all without a chance to breathe.
