Dark Scratch
Hi all! I have a credenza top that had some scrapes on it. Even though the scratch has been ironed out. It still leaves the dark line. I was starting to they to blend it but it looks pretty bad. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Thanks Aaron. The top has already been sanded with 180 then 220. The scratch is not indented, it’s smooth now but it still shows dark. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What Glues Do We Use In The Shop?
💬 Confused about which glue to use for different repairs? Watch this video in the Classroom and then drop your questions in the comments! I break down the exact glues we keep stocked in the shop, when to use each one, and why it matters. Whether you’re fixing loose joints, veneer, or structural breaks—using the right glue can make or break the repair. Your question might be the one someone else didn’t know they needed answered too!

I’ve been using the green Tightbond. The videos if the Mohawk glue are really interesting. I’ve never used a glue where you sprayed an activator on it.
Rough dry spot
Hi all! I have a question and I’m hoping someone has an explanation and/or a fix for this. I’ve already refinished this piece, but there’s one section on a door that seems to be rough and dry and doesn’t really take the stain very well. It appears dry and white. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
