Hi all! I have a credenza top that had some scrapes on it. Even though the scratch has been ironed out. It still leaves the dark line. I was starting to they to blend it but it looks pretty bad. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Hi all! I have a question and I’m hoping someone has an explanation and/or a fix for this. I’ve already refinished this piece, but there’s one section on a door that seems to be rough and dry and doesn’t really take the stain very well. It appears dry and white. Is there a way to fix this?
