Bio: My name is Lisa. I’m 56 and a lifelong Nebraskan. I started carnivore on 8/3/23 to improve my health, feel better and get off all prescription meds.

Bio: Greetings from Alaska, USA! 63 yo F, retired LE, K9 handler & instructor. Degenerative osteoarthritis is main focus now.

Bio: I have taught yoga since 2016 and began teaching fitness classes in 1979. I'm excited for this journey and support from my fellow carnivores.
