Great questions! I never try new diets, I know I just need to choose healthy foods and drink plenty of water. When I try to lose weight, I just try to eat only healthy foods that are good for me. My motivation dwindles, and I allow unhealthy foods back in my choices. I want to lose weight so I feel better in my body, easier to move my body, enjoy the way I feel in my body and in my clothes, and so I like how I look. I'm willing to put a good amount of effort into meeting my goals. Need reminders, help refocusing FREQUENTLY and support to stay on track. Also, I need variety in my meals so I don't get tired of my food and make unhealthy choices to add variety.
