An Update...
Hey guys... please take the time to read this carefully. I hope you enjoyed your "Tuesday off". I want to fill you in on where we're at with the lead sales thing. I spent hours on my vacation working up how to present the program, scripted it, who to reach out to, delivery, etc., and the people who more or less chased me to get us to do this have gone quiet. It still might work with them, but I'm tired of waiting, so am going back to something I did 10 years ago when I focused on SEO. I am going to generate the leads myself. First on my own with a proper website system, and then later on with ads. Unfortunately, this is a slow system... I need to build the sites, then rank the sites, then sell the leads the sites generate. Fortunately, I know I can do this. I don't particularly "want to" do it, but I made a commitment to ya'll, and will follow through. So for now, do whatever you want if you feel it's worth your time, and I am going to go to work building and ranking a large number of websites. This WILL take some time... I didn't want it to come down to this tbh, but I'm tired of spinning my wheels and wasting your time. In the meantime, I may work on finding a way for you to pre-sell an area. In other words, something like "for $147, you'll be reserving sole rights to the Mesa area garage door repair leads. The system is built and gearing up, and when it is turned on, you'll get the first 6 appointments for free, and have the option to take every lead the system produces!". I am seeking something to include with the reservation, and the proper words to use to present this... So be patient, I apologize it's taken longer than need be... but you have have stuck around are who will benefit. Love you guys... Deacon Nick https://aisprinkled.com

Hey Nick, appreciate you for keeping us in the loop. I know it is frustrating after putting in hours scripting and planning only for them to go quiet. Maybe it helps if we could test the lead gen service first with a small pilot even just one contractor or supplier. It takes only 1 person or company to believe in us, and we can have the momentum going. This way, if they circle back or if similar opportunities come up, we will have results ready to show.

@Deacon Nick $360 is still a win-win.
Tuesday mtg, the 18th...
I need to postpone the Tuesday meeting. I just got a message and won't be here in the morning... er, my morning, lol. I'm also still trying to come to a way we could work with this lead gen company we spoke of last week, but they aren't willing at this point to pay us enough to make it worth us doing. So for now, we'll put this week's meeting on hold. Sorry... I speak with most of you a lot through DM's anyway, but as usual, please reach out if you need help. :) Have a nice day off!

Thanks for updating us, Nick. Maybe we could explore whether AI Sprinkled’s new lead gen service can bridge the gap even if this company isn’t paying enough. We might still test how our system can add value to their contractors or suppliers.
Imagine selling this!
I don't have details that I can share yet...still trying to pound out the details and get costs down so there's enough profit to go around... but this may be in our future!

Hey Nick, I got a feeling this is more of our now than our future. Let's sell this like hot cupcakes.
A Reminder... & announcement...
I want to remind everyone that I am away this week... there will be NO MEETING this Tuesday. I am on vacation until August 7th. So while I can still answer DMs and maybe reply to posts, there won't likely be new content. HOWEVER: I am finishing up some plans while away, and should have something VERY exciting to promote when I'm back. Something most contractors will go for... or at least try. I'm still working out the $'s but it will open doors for us. Nick

@Camille Monroe None recently. Busy here.
An excellent FB Group Outreach Strategy!
Here it is, step-by-step: Set up a real profile — real name, real face photo, personal (not branded) cover photo, and a one-line bio stating exactly who you help (e.g., "I help auto shops recover lost revenue from declined work"). Seed your timeline with 3-5 posts before joining any groups, rotating three types: human posts (personal, no business), authority posts (industry-specific insight, no CTA), and proof posts (real results/numbers, soft offer). Find and join 5-10 industry Facebook groups by searching "[niche] owners" in Facebook search, filtering by Groups. Prioritize private, owner-focused groups with high posts/day over just large member counts. Answer join questions honestly (e.g., "I work with shop owners on X"). Warm up for 1-2 weeks: comment on 2-3 posts/day, send 10-15 friend requests/day to people you've interacted with, keep posting on your own feed. This avoids spam flags and builds familiarity before you pitch anything. Send a no-pitch opener to new friend accepts within a day — one casual, human sentence (e.g., "Hey Mike, thanks for the add. How's business been?"). Zero business content. Run the 4-stage conversation: (1) light open/rapport, (2) ask numbers/peer questions (lead sources, call volume, job value), (3) diagnose — reflect back an insight they didn't have, (4) bridge — one question that surfaces the cost of the problem, then offer a short call only once they've named it themselves. Book the call — low-commitment ask (e.g., "Want me to walk you through how shops usually find those extra cars, no ad spend?"). Run it daily in a 30-minute block: 5 min replying to open convos, 10 min commenting in groups, 5 min sending new friend requests, 10 min sending openers + posting. The rules / principles (beyond the "do") Never pitch in the DMs. The call is where selling happens — not the conversation. If you're selling a retainer, this matters even more. No visible agenda. You're asking questions like one business owner talking to another, not hunting for an opening.
