How do yall get the contracts signed? Do you bring them a physical copy and go over with them? Or give them an option in the estimate to sign? That validates the contract?

I super stoked for the coming weeks to start collecting checks and crank out some big projects!!! Antonio has been super helpful throughout the entire process. We both noticed that a few of my ads weren't performing as they should so we hopped on a Zoom call and made a few tweaks and talked strategy when messaging leads and it's been a night and day difference! In the past 2 days I've booked 3 appointments which is crazy to me! And the best of all is that the leads really want to work with me, I don't feel like I have to twist anyone's arm or push something that people don't want. I'm excited to keep scaling and take my business to the next level. Big shout out to Antonito for letting me call or text him literally anytime to answer my questions and give me advice.

Hey guys, couldn’t help but sharing. I started with Antonio having basically no construction experience. Absolutely nothing compared to most of the people in this group. However, my first month working with him I was able to successfully generate my own leads and ended up closing $105k in deals in my first month. What I love about Antonio is he gets rid of all the fluff and just gets straight to the point sharing exactly what is working and exactly how to do it. Because of that, he can take a guy like me with little experience and turn that into $105k of revenue in 30 days. That is absolutely nuts! If I can get those kind of results, so can you!
