As a VIP you can promote as many different events as you like each week, and each individual event can be shared in the SED feed up to three times a week. Your events can be added to our SED calendar, included in our Weekly Bulletin and promoted on our shiny new Skool Events Daily website. And once the event is over, it doesn’t have to disappear into the internet abyss — you can share your replays too. We’ll also support you with promoting your events over in The Classifieds. If you’re posting there, we’ll help support your posts there too. And there’s more coming… VIPs will soon have access to workshops and 1:1 sessions with Des and me, where we can actually get stuck into your events with you, your promotion, your messaging, your audience and all those little things that can make the difference between “I posted it” and “people actually turned up.” 😂 Plus, you’ve got our Coffee, Chat & Collab sessions, opportunities to connect with other members, collaborate, get your events seen and tap into the support we’re continuing to build around VIP. This is a VIP reminder about getting events properly registered and added to the SED calendar. VIP members need to do two separate things: complete the registration form to have their event included in the Weekly Bulletin, and use the Magic Button to add the event to the calendar. Even if an event has already been submitted for the Bulletin, it won’t automatically appear on the calendar, particularly recurring events. Once the Magic Button is set up, it’s very simple — press it and Heather receives the event information. The submission deadline is due shortly, but Heather is likely to extend it slightly as she’s running behind this week. If anyone has problems, they’re asked to explain clearly what isn’t working so Heather and Des can help. Main message: Get your events in, don’t forget the Magic Button, and shout if you need help.
