Yesterday I focused on deeply relaxing. My MO is to lay down on my back, pillow under my knees and head, and fill my lungs 🫁 to bursting, again and again maybe ten times or so. Then to fill up and hold. I count slowly in my head, 1-2-3-1, 1-2-3-2, etc slowly so each one is about 5 seconds long. I lightly click my teeth so there is something physical going on, but effortless. When I check in, two+ minutes have gone by, which is great. Then I focus on staying still as the oxygen debt starts to build, and hold till I can’t. Anyway, yesterday, I started out with a 2 1:2. Then a 3:40, which pleasantly surprised me 😎. And then, I finished off with a 4:04! That made me very happy, because I didn’t have to kill myself to get there! If I’m able to pull a 4, that means 5-land is around the corner! So, here we go.
