Ladies, your new workout video is live! This one is all about your arms β€” and trust me, this is one area we really don't want to neglect after 50, especially those "bingo wings". Muscle loss accelerates during menopause, and keeping your arms strong supports everyday movements. In today's video I walk you through 5 exercises you can do right at home β€” just a pair of dumbbells and a bit of space: - πŸ”΅ 3 Tricep exercises β€” targeting the back of the arms (yes, that area! πŸ˜„) - πŸ”΄ 2 Bicep exercises β€” building strength through the front of the arms 4 of the exercises use dumbbells (or you can use water bottles) and 1 is bodyweight only β€” so if you're not quite ready to grab the weights yet, you can still join in. I coach you through each one so you understand why we're doing it, not just how. Milled flaxseed, sunflower and chia seeds. I added greek yoghurt to my weetabix this morning (as hadn’t been shopping yet) and it filled me up to lunch and I’ve been running πŸ‘πŸ». Tomorrow I will drop the weetabix and have the seeds instead. If I can find milled nuts too (H&B had sold out) I’ll give those a go too as I might be able to cope with them not whole.
