✨Please consider holding a meeting for our Community🩵
Wondering how you may participate in our community? Volunteers are needed to lead Sound Meditations, Sound Journeys, Sound Baths, or simply show up with others to "Meet and Greet". The meetings may be from 10 minutes (Sound Meditation) to 30 minutes. *This message is especially intended for graduates of The Healing Sound Arts Program, Crystal Bowls Mastery, and The Healing Voice participants. Thank you for participating in our community...it's only as good as YOU make it. In addition for each post you make, comment on others' posts and likes you share, you receive points and this is how you build your level and access to other classroom offerings, aside from Awakening The Inner Healer Course. Take a look at our calendar to see what's scheduled already. You may reach out via chat to arrange an event. Much love and appreciation, K

🩵Amazing events to attend
Hello beautiful souls! Just wanted to bring your attention to a new Mani-Quest led by Taylor this Monday, right at the New Moon. It should be amazing, and I’ve already got Clarity on where I wish to be!🤩 Also, I have a premier Sound Journey on YouTube this Friday if you’d like to attend!🄰 šŸ’›Check the calendar for details. You’ll also get an email notification if you’ve signed up for those.šŸ’

I so wish I could attend live but sadly these are all during work hours šŸ˜ž I’m sure Friday’s meditation will be recorded but will the Mani-Quest also be?
Voice Pilot Members -outline is posted
Hello pilot members! I just created a rough draft outline for the Healing Voice Method Course. And I'd love your feedback. First of all, be sure that you have access because you should already. Second, please read through the rough draft outline of lessons/modules. This course intends to free, open, and empower a person's healing voice to their own authentic expression for healing. Please let me know your thoughts on anything that may be added, if something comes to mind.🄰

So the only 2 things I noticed were almost silly but I don’t see a Module 1 labeled and then it went from module 8 to module 10 and I didn’t see 9… other than that it looks great and there’s so much more coming than I expected! Very excited for this!
Toning Manifest Quest -Monday
It’s 6:30 AM and I jumped out of bed and was really inspired to share a new manifest quest! The Community Quest: begin a daily toning ritual as a community to uplift ourselves in a chosen area of our lives while bringing out our authentic expression. I will record a routine for us that we can just plug and play and tone, for whatever time works best for you. Also I will schedule some live meetings. Here’s the toning meditation ritual: humming 3 min Crystal bowl meditation to empty our space -3 min Expand and tune into our heart space and opening to receive -1min Toning love or gratitude -freestyle 3- min Tone our authentic song -freestyle 3- min or longer More details and Video will be posted on Monday. Who’s interested? We begin on Monday.

🌿 Weekly Reflection – Healing Voice Method (Week 1)
~Biggest Takeaways One of my biggest takeaways from this week is the importance of foundational work in opening the gateway to the voice. I found myself thinking of it like an untuned piano — in order for the music to be beautiful, the instrument must first be tuned. These practices feel like we are tuning our own inner keys so that when our voice is expressed, something clear, resonant, and meaningful can come through. I also gained a deeper appreciation for the physical preparation — posture, stretching, and warming up the body. It really highlighted how connected the voice is to the entire body, especially the upper body and throat. Creating space physically seems to directly support creating space vocally. I also found these exercises to be almost addictive in the best way — they felt so good that I naturally wanted to continue longer than I had planned. The sound mimicking exercise was surprisingly enjoyable. I experimented with mimicking the sound of a fan and found it both playful and engaging. I’m looking forward to trying this with other everyday sounds (especially my espresso machine ā˜ŗļø). Another meaningful takeaway is that when we use the voice as a healing tool, we are not only expressing — we are alsoĀ listening. There is a feedback loop that begins to form, where information, awareness, or subtle energetic impressions may arise. This may come through as a felt sense in the body or even as something we ā€œhearā€ in a more intuitive or energetic way. That awareness feels like an important part of the healing process. And a phrase that really stayed with me: Voice is medicine. Expression is healing. We’ve got to hear it to heal it. I found myself gravitating toward the humming practice more than anything else, which is reflected in my responses below. I practiced both in silence and alongside one of my 5-minute crystal singing bowl meditations — which was phenomenal. ~What I Noticed in My Body During the humming practice, I became very aware of vibration — not only in my head and throat, but also extending into my chest and torso. It felt grounding and expansive at the same time. I also noticed a slight lightheadedness initially, which then transitioned into a deep sense of calm.
