Hey everyone! I’m excited to be here and connect with other Skool builders, creators, and community owners. I’m Dawn, and my work lives at the intersection of coaching, consulting, youth development, nonprofit leadership, and women’s empowerment. Whoo! That's a lot I know. I have been at it for over 30 years. (I am aging myself). I’m currently building communities and learning spaces that help people grow personally, professionally, and purposefully. One thing I’ve learned from building programs, trainings, and communities is this: A strong community is not built by content alone. It is built by connection, clarity, and consistency. Here are 3 questions I think every Skool community owner should ask before adding more content: 1. Do members know where to start? If people feel overwhelmed, they may leave before they ever engage. 2. Do members know what transformation they are working toward? A community should help people move from where they are to where they want to be. 3. Do members know how to participate? Sometimes people are quiet because they are not uninterested. They may simply need prompts, structure, and permission to engage. I am excited to be in this community because I see all of these questions answered here, and I received so much value today. My current focus is creating simple “Start Here” pathways, clear course structures, and engagement prompts that help members feel welcomed, supported, and excited to participate. I’d love to learn from you all too: What is one thing you’re currently working on inside your Skool community: growth, engagement, content, offers, or onboarding?
