The Project Economy Needs Power Skills
The Project Economy isn’t just about technical delivery. It’s about turning ideas into reality by aligning people, solving problems, and driving value. Power skills are not ā€œsoftā€ — they are hard drivers of project success. If you could only strengthen one power skill in your team this year, which would you choose?

Problem Solving - root cause analysis, decision-making, and solution design.
ā€œI am as fast as the slowest member on my team.ā€

Why We Do the Work
ā€œUnderstand why we are doing it, what’s the benefit, and how to bring in cross-functional collaboration.ā€ – Swapna Yadavalli, Mastercard Every project leader should be able to answer: āœ”ļø What’s the goal? āœ”ļø Why does it matter? āœ”ļø Who needs to work together to achieve it? Here’s what you can expect: āœ… Practical templates & playbooks for supply chain projects āœ… Insights on integrations, compliance, and visibility best practices āœ… A network of peers who get the unique challenges of our industry āœ… Resources and coaching to help you level up your project leadership šŸ’¬ Kickoff Question (reply below!) šŸ‘‰ What’s the biggest challenge you face right now in your supply chain or logistics projects? Some of my most complex integrations recently have involved international booking projects for global enterprises where the solution was fully designed by a third-party VAN. These projects often follow non-standard workflows, and the downstream distribution across our organization adds another layer of difficulty.
