Well I won’t be in the live tonight…we will still be traveling…had a flat time while in route to valdosa…I’ll catch tepay when we get to Sebring and set up tomorrow…!!!!

What do you need?
If you’re new to our program and really need some help with weight loss, toning up or staying motivated, this group is for you! We will release our new free course next week… But before we do, what would be the number one things you are looking for in a program?

Meal ideas and recipes to our liking. Swapping out if there is a certain protein or vegetable we don’t care for if possible. Thanks for this you guys

I’ve got to start a plan when I wake up each morning of what I need to do with my EATING (when & what), With the bands and walking. BUT food is my biggest obstacle.

Meals
Just finished the nutrition modules and have a couple of questions. Where are the graph and cards that were mentioned in the videos? Is the meal cards in the app? What are the other ways to get all my protein in? I sometimes don't have enough time in the 8 hour window to squeeze in all my protein/food, especially during the work week. Is greek yogurt allowed during the initial weight loss phase?

Great Allen and Olinda…..just wanted you to know, Monday and Tuesday I will be traveling to Florida to Sebring. It will take 2 days to get there and we are staying for 2 weeks (camping). Monday may be a rest day depending on how long we drive. I’ll do something at the end of the day. Tuesday we will be set up and ready to go…,be playing golf, pickleball, walking and clench bands
