Quick question for the community
How many times have you applied for a job and thought, “I’m qualified… so why am I not getting interviews?” Most times, the problem isn’t your experience; it’s how your resume or profile presents you. I’m Davis Addison, and I help students and job seekers fix this gap so their applications actually lead to interviews. Instead of just rewriting resumes, I help with: • Resume review & rewriting • LinkedIn profile improvement • Cover letters that match the job role • job application strategy If you’re unsure whether your resume is helping or hurting your chances, you can send it for feedback. Send your resume or message me at:[email protected] Also curious, what do you think is harder right now: getting interviews or passing interviews? Let’s discuss below.

Applying More Isn’t Fixing Your Job Search
Many job seekers believe the solution is simple: apply to more jobs. More applications. More effort. More waiting. But here’s the reality: volume doesn’t fix a weak resume. When your resume isn’t positioned correctly, every application you send is working against you. It reinforces rejection, drains your confidence, and wastes valuable time. A strong job search starts with clarity: - Clear career direction - Well-structured experience - ATS-compliant formatting - A resume recruiters can understand in seconds The hardest part is acceptance. Accept that your resume may need a revamp before anything else changes. I’m a resume writer and career specialist, and I help with: - Resume writing & revamps - Cover letters - LinkedIn profile optimization - Job application support I’m offering a FREE resume review. [email protected] Stop applying harder. Start applying smarter.

A quick note for job seekers
Some people send their resume for a review, but once I say it needs a revamp, communication stops. I want to be clear about this. If I say your resume needs a revamp, it’s because it clearly needs one. This is not criticism; it’s professional feedback based on recruiter and ATS standards. A resume review is meant to: - Point out real gaps and weak areas - Explain what is working and what is not - Help improve your chances of getting interviews Not every resume needs changes. Some resumes are already strong, and I will always say that honestly. The goal is clarity and results, not judgment. If you want a resume review or a full revamp, send your resume to [email protected]
What Recruiters Really Look for in a Resume
Most resumes fail for one simple reason: they don’t answer the employer’s question. Recruiters are not asking, “What have you done?” They are asking, “Why should we hire you?” Small changes in wording, structure, and focus can completely improve your resume. Quick question: What do you struggle with most on your resume? - Writing work experience - Choosing the right keywords - Making it look professional - Getting interviews Comment below I’m currently offering a FREE resume review. Send your resume to [email protected] and let’s improve it.

@William Chow Thanks for sharing, William. That’s a very common challenge. Recruiters want to see impact and relevance, not just responsibilities. I’d be happy to review your resume and help refine your work experience to better align with what employers look for. Feel free to send it over to [email protected] for a free review, and I’ll share specific, actionable feedback.
