Terrible News :(
Hey Dads, I've had a long chat with my business coach and we came to the conclusion that it's not in my family's best interest to build a new community from scratch right now. There's more to building an engaged community than I thought and I want to stay focused. Talking of focus... We're starting the 30-day ONE THING Focus Training this week to figure out what's the most important thing that if you take care of it, everything else will be easier. And then DO that ONE THING :) It's absolutely FREE so shoot me an email at [email protected] if you want to join. Time commitment: 40mins per week for 4 weeks. Below is a quick insight from Matt (he was in the last round of the ONE THING training...). Great guy!

Modern dad - three pillars ‘work’ & ‘family’ & ‘me time’.
I’m not superman, not almighty, far from perfect - not planning to become it either, but I’m doing ok. I want to get your thoughts rollin on some mix of concepts to become a happy person. Relating to the three pillars (belief, skills, character) on the ladder to freedom presented in @David Karasek ‘s workshop, I believe that the ability of being a *happy* modern man, caring father and ‘business punk’ (all combined) builds up on the development of following three fundamental pillars: work, family and “me-time”. <> *Work*, as having a family implies the need of financial resources (for some it’s more, it’s also to satisfy career ambitions), <> *family*, which includes being the dad, husband and family man you believe is the best fit and in line with your personal ideal, <> *me-time*, sports, friends, hobbies, which is often forgotten but super important to have a balance in the daily juggle. Not possible to be perfect in all of those and also not required, but like in David’s concept, I think it’s beneficial to improve on each of them, especially the ones that’ve been rather ignored so far. What is ‘the’ area you want to improve on in 2024?

You're saying you're far from perfect. According to what? Crazy thought... But what IF you were? 👌🏽

Ya we totally mean the same thing. I just assume I'm perfect that takes care of it 🤣 but I mean seriously, I look at my little baby and she's totally perfect. So why can't we old humans be perfect too right? We can do better in the future, but right now it's perfect.
Do you want to spend more time with your baby?
DITCH your to-do list and do THIS instead. Give me the next 5 mins and I’ll walk you thru how the ONE THING strategy frees up at least 5-10 hours per week and the biggest reason why to-do lists not only make Dads LESS productive, but also make you feel like you’re constantly running behind. 👉 If you want the shortcut on how to implement the FOcusing Question in your own life, send me a DM and we can chat about it.
