Pre-load templates so each render just swaps in property data + images. 2) For lifetime deals - be careful. 500 LTD buyers × 30 videos/month = $7,500/month forever. Make sure your price covers 18-24 months of usage. On Lovable - great for core app, but spin up a separate microservice for video generation. Keep them decoupled. My advice would be to ship listing descriptions first (no video). Validate. Layer on video after.
