Good morning brothers
Seems like as the 40 day challenge has ended we are drifting apart. I hope we are not giving uo the good habits we have practices. Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV [24] And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, [25] not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. https://bible.com/bible/59/heb.10.24-25.ESV Walk this day in confidence my brothers. Joshua 1:9 ESV [9] Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” https://bible.com/bible/59/jos.1.9.ESV
I thought this fit.

Day 38
This was a good lesson. It reminds me of how some of the connect groups meet in each other’s homes. I would like ours to do this more. It makes it more like a family and doing life together. But, it gets hard with a big group, and everyone has things going on… Hope everyone has a good day!

I agree with your statement. Also, I think our community even our church family has clicks, if you are not a part of them, it hard to break in. At least in my experience. Our lives are built separated into compartments. We live our lives separately with structured cross over, church (specific times) wed night, and maybe one extra group. 80% of our time is isolated. The early church depended on each other just to survive, we do not have that need. Which in some ways hinders our spiritual growth.
40 day challenge
This 40 day challenge is almost complete. Time to consider what you are going to do after this challenge is over. Are you going to slip back into a passive pursuit of Jesus, or are you going all in. I am going to seize the momentum. I hope to see you all walking with me. God bless.

*ATTENTION*
The Forge has been invited to join the Mighty Men this Saturday at Elevate Life Church in Frisco. They want to meet/see our group and help give us some wisdom and direction as we cultivate an awesome Christ centered group. Mighty Men- is a men’s group with the same values, principles, and love for God as The Forge. They started with 8 guys at Rudy’s and now have a committed group of men around 300 strong. Mighty Men starts at 7 AM in Frisco. We are planning to meet at the church at 5:45 or if you want to meet us there, be there at 6:45.(we can carpool not everyone needs to make their own way btw) Please comment whether you are going or not so I can make sure everyone saw this. I would really like for ALL to make it. This will be a great time of worship and a great message.
