Better Question May 7
I’ve been thinking about starting a casual virtual coffee chat inside the community… maybe weekly or every other week around 8:30 AM CST. Nothing overly formal. Just good conversations around reinvention, AI, goals, life, and better questions. Is that something you’d actually be interested in joining?

Let’s make this easy today… 👉 Coffee ☕, walk 🚶‍♀️, or quiet time 🤫 — which one do you need more of today?

Sometimes we overcomplicate growth… when really it’s just small choices repeated. So let’s keep this one light. Question: 👉 If “Future You” was secretly watching your day today… what’s one thing they’d smile about?

Smile? Is that a happy smile? "I am so happy he did that because it made such a positive difference." He went outdoors and started a healthy routine. Or is that a condescending smile? "Poor baby. He was so innocent back then." Poor baby gave up his health to try to get caught up on everything.

Joy matters. What’s on your calendar this week that you’re genuinely excited for—and if nothing comes to mind, what needs to change?

My mother's 95th birthday!
Better Question May 1
We often live like we have decades ahead of us… but the truth is, none of us really know. I saw a post this morning from someone who lost his sister to cancer at 48. It stopped me for a second. Not in a fear-based way… just a reminder. A reminder to live a little more intentionally. A little more honestly. A little more now. Today’s Better Question: If you found out you had six months to live… what would you do differently than you’re doing right now?

I would get my affairs in order to not leave a financial and physical mess behind. My father died when he was 90 and my mother is still alive and living with me at 95. I've seen how rapidly things deteriorate to where they cannot straighten things out anymore. This question leaves me thinking, "If this is how I would live if I knew I only had 6 months to live, I should be living like that all the time, even with decades left to live."
