Hi @Gavin Tye, yes interested but don’t really have the bandwidth right now. It sounds similar to your course content already. If you’re planning to use this as a lead gen channel for new customers, then I think it will work because I have already bought into the content of your course so you can assume that it’s interesting in valuable to someone like me. I think it’s a good niche. A lot of founders struggle with confidence and the process of sales, so you might get some traction with this project.

@Gavin Tye ive been thinking about your advice on targeting tiers. I’ve got a handful of tier 1 companies as leads but considering your advice on a startup being unlikely to service a tier 1, is it worth pursuing them?

@Gavin Tye at the other extreme, I’m considering launching the SaaS and allowing individual professionals to subscribe but considering the relatively low subscription value of individuals compared to businesses, I’m not sure if this is a good move. Your example of PlanGrid v RedEye makes me think that targeting the individuals plus the businesses is a good move.
