Realistically, how much cash do I need to begin with something small is South Wales, a nice little flip to clear 10-20k profit. My wife and I both work full time, shared income sub 100k. Debt free and great credit scores, but we aren't cash rich. We want to set up something so we could both go to a 4 day week and would love to not work til 68 and enjoy our retirement. And of course leave our 3 boys something substantial.
