Would love to see some of the work you have done in the past in the hospitality space or any general photography work! Here is some of mine from a recent shoot at a taco club in Fort Lauderdale FL. I used a single flash with a soft box on a 45 degree angle down towards the subject. Camera settings were 1/200 f 2.8 iso 4000

I am assuming that you wanted the shallow DOF, but ISO 4000?? Everything would be so noisy with my old camera. 😄 I always use 1 light also, but looking at these, my old school brain is screaming to shoot between f14 - f20, maybe 200 ISO, front curtain and 1/600th - 1/1000th or thereabouts depending on flash power.

My grandfather use to always say "sell the sizzle not the steak!" That applies to every aspect of hospitality content creation. If you have to ability to nearly experience the dish through an image, you are doing it right.

@Zack Perl It was actually just 2 beers. Pale Ale and Golden Ale. We were chatting about and I had some gear with me. Maybe 8 RAWs in all. This one became a poster that was posted in the vicintiy of the place in Monte. If I find other shots I will post them for sure.
