How Do I Get Over Anxiety
In my opinion, living without anxiety is not possible. Anxiety is a reactive state caused by fear, where the mind goes into survival mode. Therefore, this is something we all experience at some point or the other. It is only the varying degrees of the state that classify it as a mental health issue or a natural reaction. Going for an examination? Meeting the bf/gf’s parents for the first time? Getting your manuscript read by a publisher? Anxiety is bound to show up. For some people, it is a way of life (I myself am struggling with it) to be constantly anxious to the point where one needs help. However, there are ways to deal with it and be able to live in harmony despite the anxiety. So while there may or may never be a proper enlightening moment when you feel like you’re completely rid of it, you would know when you’re in a much better situation than before. The first step to overcoming anxiety (as I have learnt) is to accept it and love yourself irrespective. The first reaction we usually have to a negative emotion or reaction is to beat ourselves up and conclude that there’s something wrong with us. Work towards undoing that. Accept yourself as you are, and promise your soul that you won’t give up on yourself. Next, don’t be afraid to ask for help. A lot of cultures have a social stigma against getting therapy or counselling for better mental health. This stops so many people from getting help and thereby ensuring they continue to live in their misery. But it is important to realise that sometimes, all it takes to begin the healing process, is a little push. A few things that are working for me currently, are meditation (I don’t have any wow moments of realisation with it, but it does calm my mind down, and for starters, that’s great!) - I do 10 minutes guided meditations through an app (there are so many out there!) and also something known as written meditation (find an affirmation that resonates with you, or make your own and write it down, for about 10 mins a day). I also have been seeking therapy, through Strategic Intervention, which is also helping, since there is someone to talk to. And, I pursue my hobbies. Art, craft, singing, dancing, running, whatever it is, just do it, and do it with all your heart and soul. Mine are Drawing, Singing, Reading and Henna designing.
How to live life for God
Giving your life to the GOD is not an easy task. This is done in this world only. There is no other path for the task. First of all, you have to be neutral by your inner soul, make your thinking positive in every aspect. You should not get worried in any situation. Rely on “when there is problem, there is a solution ”. Secondly, be lovable and wise to everyone whether they like you or not. If they need help in any situation help them and should not expect in return. Just do and walk away. Thirdly, go for daily meditation. This will bring you close to the GOD. God is nothing but spiritual rays which are very positive. It will be a very nice journey. Moreover, be patient to this journey. Its my personal experience and trust me its beautiful. Hope this helps

What is happiness in your opinion?
For me, I have started enjoying my life as it unfolds everyday. I have stopped bothering about issues. I realised that both happiness and sadness are temporary state. I strongly believe that no one can be eternally happy or sad. Staying close to reality and living the moment is what we could do best. Somewhere i have read “life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what is there until you open and taste it” how true. Happiness , sadness, regret, success are all over rated virtue. I think we should learn from kids, They cry, they play, they move on… Some say happiness comes when your content with what you have, some say it comes when we win and win big, for some it is family. All seems to be true. For it is a mix of all. Just make sure the moments are lived, lived to the fullest Celebrate life.
How do I find my real purpose in life?
This is a great question. I started questioning myself that when I was 16, and I still do not have an answer for that - I'm 63 now. For this post, I will go over an explanation of why I think the question "How do I find purpose in my life?" is an unhelpful question and then I will give you some practical tips that has helped me overcome the feeling of meaninglessness. From what I have experienced and from what I have tried, I've come to the conclusion that you cannot "find" a purpose. You "create" it. When I first heard that, it didn't really make sense to me so I'll try to do my best and explain. As I was trying to 'find' my purpose, I adopted an idea that if I was able to articulate this purpose then I would finally be motivated to accomplish goals in my life and become a driven individual. If I found this purpose, then I would be more valuable as a human being. If I found this purpose, I would find joy in life. If I found this purpose, I would finally have a reason other than "going to school" for getting up in the morning. If I found this purpose. life would make sense. It would be my magic pill - just take one dose and everything will be okay. And sometimes, I still wish that this magic pill existed and I wish I could find it by just answering some questions or doing some exercise. If it exists, I would go to great lengths to find it. One idea that helped me came from Freud's Civilization and Its Discontents. He questioned why we do not ask about the purpose of dogs, yet we ask about the purpose of humans. Dogs are just alive, and they live. Humans are the same. We are alive, and we live. What does this mean? It means you don't have to be chained to this idea that there's a predetermined purpose for you and that you have to go out and find it. It means that you are free to createmeaning, you are free to create your purpose! You are free to create anything, how exciting is that?! So now we've changed the question from "how do I find my purpose?" to "how can I create my purpose?".

What is Salvation in your opinion?
For me it’s all about coming into personal relationship with God. It’s belief. I believe wholly that God wants to have a personal relationship with us or He would not have created us at all. He didn’t want robots so He gave us free will and sadly we don’t even consider God in our day to day life. He formed us out of the dust from the earth He created. He molded us and after giving us our amazing body with all its works He bent down and breathed life into us. Talk about personal. Like a kiss this was. We became alive from His breath. i think true salvation is knowing and wanting to live here and still love God not for what He can do for us but for Him Himself. I strive to seek His face not His hands. in my opinion that is true salvation. It’s knowing that God loves us no matter the situation down here on earth and that we love Him and believe and do what we think He thinks we should and do it because we love Him not to receive anything at all.
