Seller Finance Script
Hey guys, I wanted to give you the script that has given me some luck in the past as far as Seller FINANCE deals. You can alter this to your liking and your style. But it’s clear concise gets to the point and establishes that you are an expert in your field and Can help get the deal done. Remember to use the calculator here in the community resources tab that way you can quickly and accurately know what you will be able to offer them for Plane if you are offering above asking price. Feel free to reach out to me directly, and I am happy to walk you through the calculator so you can become an expert and quickly Determine ROI on your deals. Here is the script. My name is Zach Purvis and I own Aviation Ape, Inc., an aircraft leasing and management company that’s been incorporated for 5+ years. I buy planes regularly for clients nationwide and have completed many successful deals like this. Because banks are slow and difficult right now, I prefer to work directly with sellers. Would you consider seller financing with a strong non-refundable down payment? To make it worth your while, I’m willing to pay above your asking price. You’d also get full protection with a contract and security agreement, drafted by the attorney of your choice (at my expense). This way, you get your price (or better), guaranteed payments, and control over the agreement. I get to move quickly and put the airplane straight to work. If anyone wants a lesson on how to negotiate a subto or seller finance at a higher purchase price and why. I'd be glad to get on a zoom with Zach and the group to explain. We just made this type of offer last week on one of the planes we're purchasing. I can show you the LOI I sent, tell you about the scenario and what happened. We're actually finalizing the contract the next two days. We blew the brokers mind away, he couldn't get a grip around what we were doing. @Zach Purvis let me know if anyone wants to do the zoom.
