Be Honest… How’s Life Treating You?
Just checking in How’s everyone actually doing lately? Not the “everything is perfect” version the real version lol. What’s one thing that’s going well for you right now, and one thing you’re still figuring out? Let’s have a real conversation in the comments.

@Davon Murphy Man, I really respect how seriously you’ve taken all of this. The fact that you kept every deal, went back through the documents, wrote on them and tried to understand where things broke down tells me you’re not just randomly jumping from one thing to another, you’re actually trying to learn from every experience. And I can understand why you explored M&A too. If you’ve already built up that knowledge from real estate, it makes sense that you’d think, “Maybe I can apply what I’ve learned somewhere else and get a different result.” But after going through all of that and still coming back here, I think that says something. You clearly haven’t given up on the goal, you’re just trying to find the piece that finally makes everything click. I’m curious though, when you look back at those real estate and M&A deals that didn’t make it past that certain point, do you feel like the biggest issue has been actually finding the right opportunities, getting the right people in the pipeline, or getting the deals over the finish line once you have them?

@Davon Murphy Man, I hear you and I promise I’m not trying to turn this into a televised interview. I’ve genuinely just been interested in understanding your journey because you’ve clearly been through a lot more than what shows on the surface. That part about “it’s not a choice, it’s a Decision” really stood out to me. Especially knowing you’ve had to navigate deals, lenders, PSAs, doing a lot of the work yourself, and even spending months in court while still trying to figure this whole thing out. That takes a different level of persistence. And honestly, I think the fact that you’ve documented every deal and gone back through them says a lot. You’re not just looking for a quick win, you’re trying to understand the game. Now you’ve got me curious about that question though, what do you think is the real reason people put their properties on market?
