Has anyone heard of a development deal where the record company offers a development deal for a fee? Is it a scam?

Depedence is to rely on another in order to fullfill or obtain a desired outcome. When one is independent, that outcome solely relies on the individual to be fulfilled but is limited by the resources that just the individual possesses. Recently I caught up on the No Labels pod episode #126, and it resonated with some of the principles outlined in the book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." When they spoke about Kirk Franklin's musical genius and their own talents in creating alongside others, it's highlighted how interdependent successful works of art are. Interdependence is the working together with others to increase the resources necessary to elevate the desired outcome. In doing so, all parties involved are important and depend on each other similar to how a hairdresser depends on the client to buy good weave, because the client needs to look like Janet Jackson in Poetic Justice. I personally believe the sooner we realize that life as humans require fostering harmonious and interdependent relationships, the sooner we reach desired outcomes. We can do it by ourselves, or somebody else can do it for us. But when 2 or 3 are gathered working together, the atmosphere changes when we take the responsibility of effecting the life of another.
