I spoke with an agency owner last week at dinner; he has been stuck at $11K revenue for the past 4 months. (First world problems, I know!) I asked him if he had changed anything over that time. He had sold more customers, meaning more time spent delivering results, setting up systems and automations. All the stuff that is needed will help his business run smoothly. But what do you need to spend more time doing if growth is the aim? You guessed it... Generating more new leads He was the lead getter in the business, so when he got dragged to operations, guess what happened. The leads dried up, and no new sales came in, which means there was no growth, BOOO! So we made a back-of-the-napkin plan at the table. - 1 Avatar (SMB's), 1 Channel (LinkedIn), 1 Method (DMing) - The first 2 hours are Lead Gen (Reaching out to new leads) - The third hour follows up on the conversations that had started the day before. - For 100 days straight! If you are struggling to get leads, ask yourself, what would you have to do to make it unreasonable that you wouldn’t get a ton of leads? 100 reach outs? 1000? 10,000? Whatever that number is, break it down over 3 months and do the daily actions needed! I guarantee this will work, but only if you stick to it!
