Attn: Demolition & Junk Removal Owners: There is very little information out specific to our industry. "I'm working on a book about the demolition industry and want to include real-world knowledge from the people who know it best — the operators. We are an 8 figure family run business. We started in the junk removal business, now we have multiple streams of income focuse on removals and demo. See us on YouTube #removeitprosdemolition I am considering putting together a group / mastery book on how to grow scale a Demolition or Junk Removal Company. Would you spend 15 to 30 minutes on a zoomwith me? (you can call in if you are more comfortable, zoom to record so I can take notes later) phone call with me to see what issues and frustrations and wher you could use more This is research—not a sales call. https://calendly.com/dave-removeitpros/new-meeting
Lead Generation
Hey there everyone, I just recently started a junk removal company (T&C Hauling Services) in Calgary. From the early days we used paid and organic funnels to bring in jobs. For paid ads we used google ads. our results on google ads have been decent but still not bringing in consistent jobs. for organic/free leads we utilized marketplace free ads to reach out to potential customers. We have also cold called/emailed and we post in FB groups daily. we have a about $25K in revenue since the year started. We are happy with these results for a new business but we are having trouble filling up our schedule with jobs. Does anyone have advice for bringing in consistent leads?

Cameron, I could really use your help! I’m inviting demolition, junk removal, and repurposing business owners to join me for a brief 15–30-minute Zoom conversation. I want to understand your challenges and what would help you increase profits and build a more scalable business. Your feedback will help shape the master course and books I’m creating for our industry. This is research—not a sales call. https://calendly.com/dave-removeitpros/new-meeting
What a shame. One bad apple as they say.

Is Scrap Metal Something I Should Make Part Of My Business?
I think so! The scrap accumulated over the year is a decent amount of money. And a for sure I feel like its like leaving money sitting on the ground. And there is a bonus. You get to help out with sustainability.
