Hey, as the leaderboard shows I'm not completely new here, but the Community Builders introduction template changed and I've been less active on Skool for a while, so I'll reintroduce myself to maybe meet some likeminded collaborators. From? Sweden and I've been here in Sweden over summer, but I'll spend the winter in South Africa and Vietnam hopefully, Da Nang is my preferred winter home. Biggest strength? I don't settle for a 9-5 life in Sweden eating and drinking the average less than ideal things and I don't settle for a life I don't love. Biggest weakness? I don't focus as much as I wish on sales, landing pages, funnels, but I'm working on it. Which content platform is your favourite? Looking at which one I post on and spend time on it's instagram. That said, I just joined a program to start to focus more on linkedin as I it may be better for conversion. In the past YouTube paid me ok. TikTok might have more potential inbsome ways from what I hear, so I might do a round 3 there in some months. What do you want immediate help with inside of this community? Let me think.. Ideally meeting affilliate marketers and sales people who want to market and sell the same things that I market, so we contribute to each others increasing success. So collaboration. Also meeting good people who wants to partner in various projects I'm building. Like a travel/city website network. A clothing brand Online stores Music. What's up, how are you all doing today? Got a really important question for you... So, alright, listen up Iโ€™ve been coaching entrepreneurs on energy, focus & nutrition for a while now And hereโ€™s one thing Iโ€™ve noticed: Most guys have no go-to meals that actually fuel their brain So they either skip food entirely or live on toast and caffeine And then they wonder why they canโ€™t focus for more than 30 minutes... But the best performers I work with? Theyโ€™ve dialed in 2โ€“3 staple meals that are nutrient-dense, energizing, and dead simple to make Mine? Probably a fatty cut of beef, some eggs, fruit and a bit of honey Keeps my brain clear and my energy locked in for hours So, tell me whatโ€™s for you that one meal you could eat every day for max energy and performance? Id go with a smoothie like this one and could very easily do it for a few years without malnutrition or low energy, and with good workout results 8 bananas a spoon sprouted fenugreek seeds a spoon moringa leaf powder fresh ginger fresh turmeric a key lime blueberries raspberries strawberries gojiberries a piece of cinnamon 3 to 5 cloves a few dates a spoon barley grass juice powder a spoon spirulina a spoon chlorella a bit of fresh cilantro a bit of fresh basil a bit of fresh rosemary some other fresh herbs some bok choi some pineapple stems and pieces a spoon ashwagandha a bit of curry a bit of black pepper a bit of cayenne pepper

@Julian K I actually eat that smoothie daily pretty much, if I have all that where I am. I forgot a spoon of cacao too. Right now Im traveling, so I have about two thirds of it with me. Actually everything on that list contains protein. Asked chatgpt to rank it according to how much protein per calorie.
