@Dave Santamaria Thank you! At week 3 I started walking at a relaxed pace at least 5 miles a day incorporating that within my work day. This last week which is week 7,I have started with modified push ups against a wall or countertop 3 sets of 15, prone swimmer exercise which I'm on the floor simulating paddling 3 sets of about 30 seconds which I am going to start increasing. Some light resistance band simulating rowing and also to work my arms. None of these have caused me any pain issue. Now at the 7 1/2 week mark I am feeling strong which I have to keep in mind and prevent myself from heavy lifting or pulling. I'm 62 y/o and although I have "dad bod" I am still fit with no mobility issues or stamina issues. I have gained about 8 pounds since the surgery which I am sure is from the inactivity. So I am focusing now as well on diet and regaining flexibilty and strength. I can't thank you enough for your help I have noted all that you adivised and definately am open for feedback with whatever mode of communication is best for you. And thank you @Trevor Berge
