I finally have Paralletes as they came in yesterday. I feel like I'm ready to transition to Weighted Calisthenics now although my Bodyweight Pull Up Count is 10 or a little more. I've done things like Weighted Push Ups and Squats through Dumbbells but this will be the first time I fully transition and add Weighted Chin Ups and Pull Ups. What split should I use I'm thinking Full Body or Arnold Split?
