Calories
How many calories should I be looking to hit each day to start losing weight ? I have seen the 3 day dumbell plan on the site , so if it start that as a start to training . what calories would you recommend??

Hi all my name is Dave I have been in the building industry since I left school . Working as a general builder, worked on site and on private contracts. Typical tradesman diet of greggs, chipshop , meal deals etc and a early finish Friday in the pub . I am 44 and need to change tried all the diets ww , slimming world, high protein, milkshake all work for a short time but ultimately always fail and I put all weight back on . My main motivation for losing weight are my kids .Hope this will help eating well and training to become the norm and not a short term fix .
