There's a lot going on at YouTube itself - and the also the market right now:😲 1. The algorithm now seems to be less focused on the number of subscribers - and more focused on ENGAGEMENT. e.g. Watch time but also comments - and you responding to those comments 2. Next up is the importance of AUTHENTICITY. Viewers are becoming increasing sceptical of AI generated or fake posts. People are searching for something and someone they can TRUST. 3. If your video is about showing how to fix a problem, then showing how YOU did that with 'STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS'' is more important than flashy graphics and music. 4. Most importantly, 'BE YOURSELF'. The YouTube audience wants to engage with you - not some clever AI character. More to follow....
