I just joined today from Kenya, I'm a hospitality student and I'm learning affiliate marketing as a way to build extra income while studying. I've been curious about online marketing and I started learning the basics of affiliate marketing through YouTube and Tutorials, but I felt a bit stuck trying to take action on my own. I realized I needed guidance, structure and a supportive community to help me move forward. That's what brought me here. I'm here to learn, grow and connect with others on the same journey. So here’s my 2026 shift: Social media stays on my desktop. Intentional access only. Scheduled times. My phone? That’s for creating. Voice memos for content ideas. Recording videos. Writing emails. Engaging with my actual community. I’m not disappearing from social platforms. I’m just changing my relationship with them. I’ll show up, add value, engage with people, and leave. No mindless scrolling. No comparing. No rabbit holes. Creator mode vs. Consumer mode. One builds your business. The other kills your time. If you’re serious about growing in 2026, ask yourself: What percentage of your social media time are you actually creating vs. just watching what everyone else is doing?
