So I’ve had a bit of a week from hell. Didn’t get anything constructive done. Amazing how life throws you these curveballs. First my car broke down and it wouldn’t start. Spent an entire day trying to find the problem, seems like something wrong with the rear diesel pump (inside the fuel tank). Have it booked in for a service at the mechanics on Thursday. 2nd my wife spent half a day trying to sort out her vehicle’s license renewal, no success, I have to do it myself (vehicle registered on my name). Spent another day at the licensing dept. trying to sort out the problem, no luck. Some administrative mark against my name for unpaid fines (which we don’t even know about and never received) so they block the renewal (which as far as I know is illegal, but you have no voice against these incompetents). Wasted lots of time and well over 100 phone calls that never get answered trying to reach the person responsible, which by the way is in another province 1,450km away. Eventually received a working number from a friend which I had some success with and a website where I had to register at to fix the problem. Now the mark has been lifted I have to go back on Monday to renew the license. Sorry for the long rant, just been one of tge most frustrating weeks ever!

Haven’t reached last week’s goals, so back to testing and demo trading. Same goals on demo as last week’s live

1. Down 1.84% on my account so far this week… 2. Didn’t journal any of my trades (sigh)…DISCIPLINE! 3. Slowly learning patience to wait for my entries and stop fiddling with SL while the trade is on. Will try to wait for 1:1 before moving SL to breakeven, then at 1:2 move SL to 1:1 etc… 4. Need a way to quickly scan through my watchlist and find potential trades ready to run. Can only set one alert on free TV version.

1. Make 10% profit on my small trading account for the week 2. Journal all my trades 3. Learn and implement one new thing or concept to improve my winrate %

@Ridge Tang My entries are super (when I get the direction right) but my profit-taking sucks. Often find price turning around before reaching my target and therefore end up giving back a lot of my profits. Need to learn to take partials and also not move my SL up too close to current price, as I often get stopped out but then price reverses and continues to my TP (sigh)…
