If I buy a property with a section 8 tenant already in place, do I need to do another inspection or does the government send me the check right from the start? If no check, then how would you get paid?

No actual experience, but what I have seen / read is Ohio - Cleveland and Akron are good starts. I have also heard Philly and Detroit, but I am scared of the crime in Detroit myself.
