Moving “ calm under pressure” for me, is to stay calm when everything goes loud around you. And the only way to have that ability in my experience (26th year as a Police Officer) is to train and pressure test your skills so when the pressure arises, your instincts and training kick in. Because we can only rise to the level of our training, no matter what.
