I went live randomly today…
I went live today via TikTok, and surprisingly there were more people than I expected (232 unique viewers, 7 concurrent viewers, and 781 likes). What was really cool about that live stream was that there were a few folks who were interviewing for project coordinator roles and I was able to answer a bunch of their questions. It was a really good feeling and I guess a question that I have is for those who aren’t able to make the weekly community call, please share a few other day/ time options because what I think I’ll start to do is go live more often, so that I can get more folks and further help grow our community. Feel free to respond to this post, send me a DM here or on socials, and I’ll take all the feedback I get on board. Last bit – I have opened the project scheduler, the project management, and business analysis courses; you can get these by signing up for a premium or above membership, or you can purchase them outright as a one-off. The content is ready and the recordings will be chipped away at over the coming days and weeks. Warm regards, David

Another week has ended…
Here we are on a Friday night and another week for 2026 has come to an end. This week we loaded up our project charter overview, which is part of the free materials we provide to members in the free tier of our community; I’ve also redone how the freebies are structured so they’re all available in a one-stop format. Also this week , I opened up the project management and business analysis courses for purchase, so if you’re someone who needs help in either of those areas, they are ready and we’ll start taking students through that this month; if you have questions for either you can DM me or post them here. Lastly, content creation is ramping up with an initial target of 1-3 free overviews per week, 1-3 digital products per week, and 1 course every week. Exciting time for our growing community 🤗 Warm regards, David

Pulse checking the Community…
My goal with this school community is to have an environment where everyone can learn to be a world class project manager, business endless, coordinator, or any of the other roles that are involved in delivering software projects. Being said, I want to see what you guys may need help with so here’s a quick poll and I’ll keep trying these to continue learning myself of what’s needed out there. What materials do you need more of at this time? I’ll do my best to prioritise what gets the most votes (some materials are already in progress so I’ll treat this like a roadmap 🙏)

I am learning too…
For over 15 years, I have been working on large and complicated projects delivering business and technology outcomes to corporate clients. Over the course of that time, I realised that I could only ever impact the world based on the number of projects I was doing. I also realised that a lot of projects didn’t deliver, when certain structures and/or processes weren’t being followed; this is why I decided to create a community so that I could teach how to deliver projects successfully. However, as I go through this journey I am learning (some days I think very quickly, other days I feel not nearly fast enough) what it means to create an engaging community, what it takes to create the pipeline for that community that takes someone on a journey from a social media into a learning environment, and ultimately how to do it well. As this part of my life’s work evolves, I am committed to offering free resources as well as paid value, so that folks can pursue at the level that works for them, what I believe is possible: becoming a world-class team member who works on large complicated projects. The week has started down under, and the content and learning material creation continues; all the best for a great week. Regards, David

So Skool has this funny feature…
Skool is a platform that I chose to use over Kajabi and other course platforms because it was easier to get up and I thought it’d be the fastest way of growing this project-focused community. But Skool does this funny thing where if you don’t mark off that you’ve done a course module, it leaves you at 0% complete which I think is kind of funny. So if you’re someone who is utilising at the free content or you’ve purchased and are going through the accelerators or courses, please remember to mark each section that you complete to 100% so the platform knows that you’re making progress through the modules etc. If we need it, I’ll draw up a quick ‘how-to’ 😇 All the best, David
