There’s a new overview to help anyone who is already working on tech and transformation project; it’s a budget overview because from my experience it’s impossible to go over budget when you’re actually looking at the budget on a regular basis. So it is an overview you will get value from it, but if you want to be taught and coached on all the sub-processes that will drive you and your project team for managing the project budget (and maybe manage your PMO if you have one, or your executive and senior management), you can jump into the premium or VIP tier and I’ll teach you My request to everyone on the group, is I’ve created a short form to understand how I can best help folks because the goal is to grow this community so there is as much free value as possible but also to monetise the community. As I continue toying with the formula that will eventually be My Consulting Academy, I changed my mind about the weekly community calls. If you don't already know, I go live on TikTok weekly, and because it's TikTok, those calls are available to whomever joins- I promote the links on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximise joiners... Now over the last few streams we have been increasing the amount of concurrent viewers and engagement and I initially thought to myself, well let me keep that behind the premium paywall, but the whole time it kind of felt strange but I couldn't really pinpoint the why... Anyway, just now I've decided to put the weekly community call recordings as available to those who are on the free membership.
