What's something you did this week you're proud of? πŸ’ͺ Or... that didn't go to plan? πŸ™ˆ I'll start in the comments. Let's hear your flex or fail! ⬇️

Felt a little knee pain in my lower knee cap yesterday. Google tells me it Runner’s Knee, which proves I’m a runner. So I’ve got that going for me. Feeling better today, so will likely take a light run this weekend. πŸƒπŸ»

Just ran my first outdoor mile in a long time, and I’m posting this for accountability. I want this run to be the first of many in 2026. No idea why I’m flashing a peace sign. Maybe I’m signifying that next time I’ll run two miles. But probably not yet. Anyway, happy to start NRC, and happy to be a part of this run club, too.

@Nigel Taylor thanks! It’s the Nike Run Club app.
Running Apps
Hi, all! My name’s David, and I’m new to the group. I live in the Washington, DC area, and my favorite food is phở. 🍜 My current spirit animal is the red-eyed tree frog, but that’s subject to change. My question to the group (or to those who use iPhones): how do you set up your running/training apps to write to Apple Health? I use a Coros watch, and I plan to do some training via Nike Run Club. Do I turn off write permissions under NRC to avoid double reporting? Should I even link NRC to the Coros app? Or do I just listen to NRC while simply choosing Run on the Coros? Thanks, all.

@Kaylan Sliney nice to meet you as well, Kaylan. And I like that term, vibe running. Would make a good running shirt. πŸ–€
