Coach Clovis definitely deserves 5 stars. I consider him more of a Life Coach than just another personal trainer.  I’ve seen first hand how he genuinely cares about his clients’ progress in or out of the gym. He has helped me to stay on track for training, nutrition, etc. through accountability and shares his knowledge of areas that also impact training - sleep, stress, and overall health. He really does embody the self discipline and personal progress highlighted in The Standard.
