flexibility

To find a methodology targeting a comprehensive spectrum of healing. I have been in Ilana’s program for 4 months now. Better jaw, flexibility, cognition.
Osteopath has seen spine in alignment.
Chinese medicine doctor has seen a huge change in liver and intestinal health as well as better back and neck health.
Chiropractor notices shifts and improved range of motion.
Psychologist who specializes in nervous system restoration sees dramatic change.
Now I am limitless. What’s next? Yay!

Neck breakthrough and spinal alignment
Being in Ilana’s method for coming up 4 months to date, I am here to say the results have been so life changing, inspiring and given me a new found hope of being limitless. I have lived with chronic pain and mobility issues that I thought I’d be limited with for life.
Well, that has changed and is continually changing. With breakthroughs in flexibility in my spine,of which recently in my monthly osteopath appointment,he said my spine was aligned.
