Bio: Trying to be around for a while so I need to loose this post op weight. Cancer undetectable since April 2026

Bio: I'm a 49 yrs old male who has had approximately 15 back surgeries with a Neurostimulator implant which provides me with moderate pain control.

Bio: Thankful to be alive after accident in 2018, struggling still to recover enough to play with my 7 grandchildren. That’s the main goal! Better shape!

Bio: I need to overcome my self-pride; take a "Day-1" pic! Was in competition, 205, 7% BM for years. Now it's time to focus on me & rebuild muscle atrophy.
