The pause is powerful. 2️⃣ Listen to Understand, Not DefendTry saying: “What I hear you saying is…” instead of “You always…”Connection starts when you stop trying to win. 3️⃣ It’s You + Me vs. The ProblemYou’re not enemies — you’re a team. The real enemy is division. “Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit…” — Ephesians 4:2–3 (NLT) 🧠 This Week’s Challenge: Next time tension rises, stop mid-argument and say: “Let’s pray before we keep going.” It might feel awkward at first, but peace will enter the room faster than pride can speak. 🙏
